Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By becoming a member, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, do not register or use our services. Continued use of the services after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility

Membership is available to individuals who:

1. Are at least 18 years old.

2. Provide accurate registration details.

3. Comply with applicable laws.

Account Registration

To register, you must create an account and provide accurate details. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activities conducted under your account.

Membership Benefits

Membership entitles you to:

1. Exclusive access to content and services.

2. Discounts, offers, or promotions.

3. One free 90-minute non-peak play session.

4. Access to Prime Passport, Lesson Pack, Play Pack and Parking Pass.

Membership Fees

The annual fee is $350, payable through PayNow. Credit cards may also be accepted. Membership may be purchased in person, via email, WhatsApp and our mobile app. Fees may change with prior notice.

Duration of Membership

Your membership commences on the date of registration (we will notify you of the date) and is valid for a period of one year. Such duration may be extended on a case-by-case basis, provided that valid reasons are given and accepted by management.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time. Unless extended, your membership will terminate on the first anniversary of the date of registration. We reserve the right to terminate memberships for false information, abusive behaviour, or failure to pay fees.

No Refunds

No refunds will be provided for membership fees paid.

Non-Transferable Membership

Membership is personal and non-transferable.

Free 90-Minute Non-Peak Play Session

Members are entitled to one free 90-minute non-peak play session, which must be utilised during the one year period from your date of registration.. For each one-year extension of a membership, members will be entitled to one free 90-minute non-peak play session.

Our standard booking terms apply. In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the booking time, the session will be considered as utilised.

Non-peak periods are from 11am – 4pm from Monday to Friday.

Play Pack

The Play Pack costs $800 and includes 6 90-minute sessions (total 9 hours for the price of 8).

Our standard booking terms apply. In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 24 hours prior to the booking time, the session will be considered as utilised.

Each member is only permitted to purchase and hold 1 Play Pack at a time. We reserve the right to reject members who purchase more than 1 Play Pack.

Bookings using the Play Pack cannot be use or convert to an Open Match.

Lesson Pack

The Lesson Pack costs $450 and consists of 6 90-minute lessons for the price of 5.

Lessons must be booked via the Prime Padel mobile app or website, are applicable for use in Group pay-as-you-go lessons only and subject to availability. Prime Padel reserves the right to decide on the lessons that are available for booking with the Lesson Pack.

In the event of a no-show or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the booking time, the lesson will be considered as utilised.

Each member is only permitted to purchase and hold 1 Lesson Pack at a time. We reserve the right to reject members who purchase more than 1 Lesson Park.

Parking Pass

The Parking Pass costs $80 and consists of 10 all day parking access at GCW.

Lost parking passes will not be replaced. Expired passes must be exchanged within one month, or an additional fee will apply.

Prime Passport

The Prime Passport provides 6 hours of play per month for 3 months at a fee of $1,800. Sessions must be booked with a Prime Host and cannot be made via the app or website.

Holders of the Prime Passport must book all their sessions under the Prime Passport in advance. Members are to contact the Prime Host should they need to reschedule or cancel any such sessions booked under the Prime Passport.

The bookings cannot be rolled past the 3 months that you are allocated to, and bookings are subject to court availability. Each member is only permitted to purchase one Prime Passport in each year of his/her membership.

We are only making available a limited number of Prime Passports for purchase and reserve the right to reject Prime Passport purchases if the number is exceeded.

The Prime Passport is a different product from the Play Pack. The sessions that the Prime Passport provide is independent from the Play Pack (i.e. it does not use up your Play Pack sessions).

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the service is owned by Mint Media Sports and cannot be used for commercial purposes without our permission.

Privacy and Data Protection

By becoming a member, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you if any modification or amendments affect your membership rights.

Limitation of Liability

Mint Media Sports is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or membership.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts in Singapore.
