Cancellation Policy

COURT BOOKING (INCLUDING OPEN MATCHES)

1. You will be allowed to reschedule your bookings up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking.

   
   

2. Refunds will be provided for any cancellation of bookings done 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking. Such refunds will be by way of crediting into your account the equivalent amount of booking fees paid. For the avoidance of doubt, no cash refunds will be provided.

   
   

3. NO refunds will be provided for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking.

   
   

4. Prime Padel may at its sole discretion cancel the booking due to health and safety concerns or any other unforeseen circumstance and will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the booking or provide a refund.

   
   

BEGINNER, 1-ON-1, PAIR OR GROUP LESSONS

Beginner lessons will only be confirmed 48 hours prior to the lesson, provided that 4 slots are filled. If less than 4 slots are filled 48 hours prior to commencement of the lesson, the lesson will be cancelled and a refund by way of credits will be provided.

Should you wish to cancel your 1-on-1, Pair or Group lessons, please inform us no less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of your lesson and we will assist in rescheduling your lesson or refunding you (save in the case of bundle lessons where only rescheduling will be allowed).

Please understand that as we will need to give advance notice to our coaches of any cancellations, no refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the lesson.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

The following terms and conditions apply in the case of inclement weather which results in stoppage of play:

1. if you have a booking, you may call the Facility within 1 hour from the time of your scheduled booking to arrange a “rain-reschedule”. Alternatively, please drop us an email at hello@primepadelsport.com. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, subject to availability.

   
   

2. If you form part of a lesson, we will notify you no less than 1 hour before the activity is due to commence. If the lesson cannot continue, your booking will be rescheduled or failing which, refunded. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred timing, subject to availability.

   
   

3. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather if play has elapsed for more than half of the booked session.
